We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Product Marketing Lead

SAP Customer Experience (CX) is seeking a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Lead to strengthen the SAP Engagement Cloud product marketing team. This role will lead technical storytelling, executive-ready messaging, and GTM excellence, ensuring SAP marketing and engagement solutions are clearly differentiated in the market.

This role operates at the intersection of product innovation, commercialization, and market narrative, owning how SAP brings its marketing and engagement solution to market as a cohesive, differentiated agentic platform story. You will shape the end-to-end portfolio narrative, ensure alignment to revenue priorities, and drive cross-product GTM execution that extends beyond traditional marketing into sales, partnerships, and analyst influence.

As a senior leader, you will translate innovation into clear market advantage, influence executive stakeholders, and ensure SAP’s engagement portfolio is positioned to win in analyst evaluations, customer buying cycles, and SAP install base expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Narrative & Platform Positioning

  • Own and evolve the SAP Engagement Cloud portfolio narrative, ensuring a unified, differentiated platform story across marketing, engagement, and customer lifecycle solutions

  • Translate product innovation into clear, compelling platform positioning that reflects SAP’s broader Business Suite and Intelligent CX strategy

  • Ensure consistency of messaging across products, solutions, industries, and GTM motions

Cross-Product GTM Leadership

  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for cross-product initiatives, including launches, lifecycle programs, and Tier 1 event narratives

  • Define and drive the portfolio-level marketing plan (target audiences, priorities, investment focus, and success metrics) in partnership with Marketing and Field teams

  • Ensure GTM efforts are aligned, scalable, and drive measurable pipeline, adoption, and revenue

Commercialization & Revenue Alignment

  • Partner closely with Commercialization and Revenue leadership to embed business priorities, growth targets, and monetization strategy into portfolio messaging

  • Shape solution narratives and packaging that reflect how customers buy, driving pipeline creation and expansion within the SAP install base

  • Influence product strategy and roadmap direction through market, customer, and competitive insights

Analyst & Market Influence

  • Partner with Analyst Relations to define briefing strategy, messaging, and evaluation narratives that reflect SAP’s differentiated value and market leadership

  • Act as a primary spokesperson for the portfolio across analysts, customers, and industry forums

  • Drive thought leadership and external positioning, strengthening SAP’s standing in analyst evaluations and market perception

Who You Are:

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM strategy, or related roles within enterprise SaaS or CX

  • Proven track record of owning portfolio positioning, market strategy, and cross-product GTM execution

  • Deep experience aligning product marketing with commercialization, revenue strategy, and business outcomes

  • Strong understanding of analyst relations and market dynamics, with experience influencing evaluations

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex platforms into clear, differentiated narratives tied to growth and customer value

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally
