Job Description:


SAP is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Learning Specialist to join our team, focusing on SAP Business AI. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning courses and experiences that empower our customers, partners, and internal teams to maximize the value of SAP Business AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for designing, delivering, and continuously evolving impactful learning and enablement experiences for SAP Business AI.

  • Develop comprehensive learning programs that help customers and partners not only understand AI — but confidently apply it to real business outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deeply understand capabilities, translate them into clear learning assets, and ensure training always reflects the latest innovations.

  • Analyze feedback and learning outcomes to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

  • Mentor and support colleagues with a collaborative mindset, helping foster a modern, forward-thinking learning culture.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the technology sector.

  • Experience in instructional design tools, e-learning platforms or other innovative learning technologies.

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and SAP Business AI solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 70,900- - 159,900 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
