DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN

  • Konzeption, Erstellung und Update von Schulungsmaterialien für diverse Lernformate (digital bzw. self-paced, Klassenraum (ILT)), sowie unterschiedliche Zielgruppen (intern, extern, Partner) im Bereich SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sales - Public Edition wie auch Private Edition -, unter Einsatz und Unterstützung entsprechender AI-Tools
  • Aufsetzen und Pflege der Trainingssysteme für Demonstrationen und Hands-On Elemente, für E2E Business Prozesse wie auch die entsprechende Konfiguration sowie der Einrichtung von Integrationsszenarien
  • Aktive Beteiligung im Rahmen von Learning Journey Design Workshops für den Bereich SAP S/4HANA Sales in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Portfolio Management und weiteren globalen SMEs bzw. weiterer Stakeholder
  • Federführende Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Erstellung von Zertifizierungen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen und für diverse Zielgruppen
  • Lieferung von Schulungen in allen angebotenen Kanälen und Formaten (ILT, kundenspezifische Trainings, Live Class Sessions, hybride Schulungen) für unterschiedliche SAP S/4HANA Sales-Themen
  • Support für Trainer des internen und externen Netzwerks, inklusive proaktiver Erweiterung desselbigen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Collaboration mit internen Stakeholdern/Einheiten im Rahmen von Product & Solution Learning wie z.B. Partner Enablement, Demo & Value Prototyping, Experience Hub, Product Marketing, auch außerhalb von SIX und Etablierung dieses Netzwerks

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erfahrung bei der Lieferung von Schulungen und/oder Kundenpräsentation inklusive der Nutzung virtueller Methoden
  • Idealerweise didaktische und methodische Expertise und Skills im Rahmen der Entwicklung von Lernmaterialien
  • Umfangreiche, tiefgehende und integrative Kenntnisse zur Nutzung sowie Konfiguration von SAP-Software im Bereich SAP S/4HANA Sales
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (für die Durchführung von Schulungen in D-A-CH)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Trainer, Berater oder Solution/Product Management Specialist

SIX Product & Solution Learning Logistics ist ein globales Team bestehend aus 15 Kolleg:innen mit unterschiedlichen Rollen in Deutschland, Italien, Niederlande, UK, Frankreich und Japan, deren Hauptaufgabe die Erstellung und Lieferung von Lernmaterialien zur Ausbildung von internen sowie externen Lernern für die Positionierung und Implementierung unserer Software ist. Dies beinhaltet einerseits die relevanten Learning Assets für den Bereich Presales/Sales (Solution Learning) wie auch die tiefergehenden Lerninhalte für die Konfiguration der Software selbst (Product Learning)
