As a Product Learning Expert in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, you act as a trusted advisor to all internal and external stakeholders and drive business process management & mining methodology and thought leadership across SAP Signavio and the entire SAP ecosystem. You ensure that SAP Signavio best practices from the field will be integrated into scalable knowledge assets, trainings, and other formats that support customers in building successful EA practices that facilitate business transformation.Owed to the integration process of LeanIX, Lia De Kruif serves as a proxy Manager and you will receive more information about the actual manager during the recruitment process. This role is based in Madrid and relocation may be necessary if you are not currently based nearby

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
• Own and drive business process management & mining methodology across SAP Signavio, broader SAP, customers, and partners - from a product enablement perspective
• Further evolve SAP Signavio best practices with special focus on the SAP ecosystem
• Guide expert conversations internally (within the larger SAP organization) and externally with customers and partners
• Distill product knowledge on process excellence in finance and procurement
• Work closely with the LeanIX Product Team and subject matter experts from Professional Services, Solution Engineering, Customer Success to derive Signavio best practices
• Work closely with the Product Knowledge Team to build an engaging learning curriculum for customers, partners, employees in the SAP and customer ecosystem (incl. innovative learning formats and channels, e.g. YouTube

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Passionate Process & Mining expert with 10+ years of experience in process and related fields, who has been providing process consulting services to big companies, and/or has a career as a Business Process Manager in multiple organizations

• An expert who can truly understand processes and mining topics - especially in the field of procurement and finance
• Highly empathic individual with excellent people and coaching skills to drive conversations with C-levels from business to tech departments
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP Signavio – knows how to do mining and processes in SAP Signavio in a best-practice way
• Personality with a “challenger” mindset who is safeguarding SAP Signavio standards and doesn’t shy away from tough conversations to drive methodology, product and enablement topics with maximum business impact
• Team player who can drive highly strategic topics autonomously, and ensure to connect the dots to other team
