What You’ll Do
Customer & Partner Support (with guidance)
- Support senior colleagues as a functional point of contact for customers and partners using SAP Field Service Management
- Help collect, document, and structure customer feedback, use cases, and challenges related to service operations
- Assist in preparing customer-facing materials such as presentations, demos, FAQs, and best-practice summaries
- Support customers during upgrades and new feature adoption by testing scenarios and validating outcomes
SAP FSM Adoption & Value Enablement
- Contribute to innovation adoption activities, such as early adopter programs, pilot phases, and feature validations
- Support feasibility studies, use-case analyses, and value assessments for SAP FSM solutions, including AI-enabled scenarios
- Help monitor customer progress and outcomes, focusing on learning how SAP FSM supports measurable service improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management, Development, Consulting, Support, and Marketing teams to share insights from customer engagements
- Assist in preparing internal documentation and knowledge assets (e.g. micro-learnings, enablement slides, internal wikis)
- Support data preparation and basic analysis to identify recurring themes and improvement opportunities
Learning & Development Focus
- Build hands-on knowledge of SAP Field Service Management, SAP S/4HANA Service, and related cloud technologies
- Participate in internal trainings, expert communities, and mentoring sessions to develop long-term product expertise
- Gradually take ownership of defined functional topics as your experience grows
What You Bring
Education & Early Experience
- University degree (or close to completion) in International Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- First practical experience in SAP consulting, service operations, or IT-enabled business processes (e.g. internships, working student roles, or thesis projects)
SAP & Technical Interest
- Initial hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP Field Service Management is a strong advantage
- Interest in cloud-based enterprise software, service processes, and digital transformation
- Basic analytical skills; experience with Power BI or Excel is a plus
Personal Skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence working in international, multicultural environments
- Structured, curious, and eager to learn complex products and customer scenarios
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
Language Skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- German and additional languages are a strong plus in a global customer context
