Summary and Role Information
We are seeking a motivated student (full-time or part-time) who is passionate about creating impactful, high-quality PowerPoint presentations. In this role, you will support our Consulting team by enhancing customer-facing presentations in line with SAP’s brand and quality standards, strengthening our internal library of PowerPoint templates, and maintaining/updating our PowerPoint Style Guide.
This position is a great opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment—while actively contributing to the success of our consulting teams and customer engagements.
Expectations and Tasks
As a student in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Presentation Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve customer-facing presentations, ensuring high visual quality, consistency, and alignment with SAP branding and messaging standards.
- Template Development: Support the enhancement, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of our internal PowerPoint template library to ensure it is intuitive, well-organized, and easy to reuse across the team.
- Style Guide Updates: Take ownership in updating our PowerPoint Style Guide to reflect current best practices (e.g., layout, typography, chart styling, storytelling), ensuring consistent standards across deliverables.
- Business Support: Provide additional support to consultants, contributing to day-to-day operational tasks and improving team efficiency where needed.
Education and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe, Figma) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense for visual design, layout, and presentation aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, reliable, efficient and eager to learn—comfortable taking ownership and working independently when required.
