The Partner Business Growth unit within SAP’s Partner Ecosystem Success Organization is key to SAP’s Ecosystem strategy, ensuring a unified approach across the partner ecosystem and business motions. This unit acts as a core team that provides centers of guidance to ensure cohesive and connected strategy execution and operations as well as partner commercial models and programs across all partner types. Integrating domain expertise, the unit ensures seamless connections between global teams, regions, and market units, aligning with business priorities to drive growth and innovation.

THE ROLE

As Program Specialist - Partner Commercial Models you support the execution of SAP’s partner incentives, with a particular focus on activity-based incentives. You orchestrate the incentive execution, ensuring all required teams become involved, establishing a strong cooperation with Finance (O2I/O2C/Partner Payments) and OEC teams. In that role, you will act as an authority that takes responsibility for incentive compliance with and adherence to the Terms & Conditions of incentives prior releasing payments to partners.

You support the content creation for the enablement of SAP partners and internal teams. You will be communicating to partners, supporting them with any questions regarding their use of SAP incentives. In your capacity you continuously improve incentive designs, acting on input from stakeholders involved in the execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execution of SAP Partner incentives
  • Orchestration & optimization of incentive processes across multiple SAP teams
  • Tracking and archiving of compliance documents related to incentives
  • Accruals and payment execution monitoring
  • Partner and internal support / communication relating to SAP incentives

EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Experience with SAP's partner commercial models and incentives a plus
  • Strong analytical and finance skills
  • Personality who takes responsibility for outcomes, self-starter, problem-solver
  • Strong focus on compliance and transparency.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Excellent ability to build trustful relationships across multiple teams and functions.
  • Language: Fluency in English with flawless writing skills for external facing assets, any other language an asset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent accreditation required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
