We’re Hiring: Partner Recruiter for Middle and Eastern Europe

SAP is strengthening its Partner Recruitment function as a critical pillar of our global ecosystem strategy. To support continued growth and ensure quality at scale, we are hiring a Partner Recruiter for Middle and Eastern Europe to lead and develop our inbound and outbound efforts for MEE region, as a part of global recruitment team.
This is a senior role with high visibility across Market Units and regional stakeholders. You will be responsible for regional performance, quality governance, process excellence while ensuring strategic partner recruitment directly supporting SAP’s strategic priorities.
What You Will Do:
Key Responsibilities
As the Partner Recruiter for Middle and Eastern Europe, you will:
- Own the inbound & outbound partner recruitment for MEE region, ensuring consistency, quality, and scale across region.
- Oversee qualification of inbound & outbound partner applications against SAP strategy, whitespace, and partner capacity.
- Ensure strong governance, prioritization, and decision-making across high volumes of inbound & outbound demand.
- Act as the regional escalation point for complex or strategic partner cases.
- Collaborate closely with Market Units, Incubation Management, and regional stakeholders to align inbound & outbound intake with ecosystem needs.
- Support handover to Incubation and downstream teams to ensure a smooth partner journey.
This role is not about individual deal execution - it is about building and leading a high-performing inbound & outbound recruitment engine in MEE region.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Qualifications
✔ Domain & Functional Expertise
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Pre-Sales or Professional Services (IT / Software)
- Experience in the technology or software industry strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and go-to-market models is a strong advantage.
✔ Core Competencies
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance volume, quality, and business impact.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to pipeline management and decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complexity.
✔ Tools & Working Style
- Experience with CRM and partner management systems.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.
