What You'll Bring

You have strong business acumen, sharp analytical thinking, and hands-on financial modelling skills. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Business Information Systems. You have a natural affinity for processes and governance, and you're comfortable turning complex topics into clear, structured thinking. You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders in English; other languages are a plus.

What You'll Build

You'll be the operational engine behind Industry AI business steering. You'll turn performance data, financial insights, and operational signals into clear recommendations for leadership. You'll prepare decision-ready materials for business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning cycles. You'll connect priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources across teams to keep strategic initiatives on track.

You'll also shape how the team works with AI. You'll use Claude to accelerate research, synthesise complex inputs, challenge assumptions, and draft executive content. You'll leverage Joule Work Desktop to streamline recurring workflows and surface relevant business context. You'll create reusable AI prompts, templates, and playbooks to improve the speed and consistency of analysis and reporting. You'll identify high-value AI use cases in business operations and translate them into practical, scalable ways of working. You'll automate routine preparation, follow-ups, and knowledge capture — so the team focuses on higher-value work. You'll coach colleagues on responsible AI adoption, sharing best practices and clear guardrails for handling business-sensitive information.

Where You Belong

You'll join a newly established, high-impact Industry AI Operations team at the centre of SAP's Autonomous Enterprise strategy. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Product & Engineering, Finance, Strategy, and global stakeholders. This is a team building the future of how SAP operates — and you'll be at the centre of it.
