Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Spearhead demand generation and revenue growth for SAP, in alignment with the current go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Lead the development, execution, and optimization of a data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategy to drive demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and foster adoption within a specific line of business (LoB) in the Nordic region. Collaborate across the marketing organization to maximize overall return on marketing investment for SAP, amplifying impact beyond individual initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Translate global and regional strategies into locally relevant, high-impact customer journeys. Define and manage the marketing plan in assigned LoB area, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Execute marketing program to attract the attention of new buyers and influencers, build demand, influence existing pipeline and drive adoption.
  • Responsible for driving demand generation and acceleration through effective planning and execution of marketing programs including the relevant use of high-quality events, account-based marketing, data-driven marketing, customer success stories, digital marketing, and more
  • Champion business impact over activity. Align marketing KPIs with sales goals, account plans, and pipeline metrics to ensure marketing contributes directly to revenue growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and operational excellence.
  • Document campaign execution and lead management activities in the system of records, including CRM, reports, dashboards and scorecards.
  • Use analytics and performance data to communicate proactively with sales to support the strategic decisions, optimize campaign effectiveness, and guide agile course correction.
  • In compliance with SAP procurement policies, identify, engage, and contract suitable agencies to manage respective projects, including related budget and cost.

What you bring

  • Based in Denmark or Sweden
  • Fluency in English + Danish/Swedish
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge in/with sales preferred
  • Knowledge in B2B marketing preferred
  • Knowledge in the IT industry preferred
  • Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and with customers.
