Job Title: Manager, Partner Delivery Innovation
Location: North America
Role Overview:
As a Manager within the Partner Delivery Innovation organization, you will lead a strategic portfolio of partners, driving large-scale business transformation and accelerating adoption and consumption of SAP’s cloud business suite. This role requires an AI-first mindset, deep understanding of SAP’s partner ecosystem, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders across both partner organizations and customers.
You will be accountable for shaping partner strategy, elevating delivery excellence, and ensuring measurable business outcomes aligned with SAP’s strategic priorities. This includes building and leading executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), driving adoption of SAP’s cloud, AI, and Business Technology Platform (BTP) portfolio, and ensuring partners are positioned to deliver continuous innovation and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Executive Engagement
- Own and develop strategic relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor to partner executives and customer C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead executive-level QBRs with partners, focused on business outcomes, adoption, consumption, and alignment to SAP’s strategic priorities.
- Influence partner investment strategies to align with SAP’s cloud, AI, and Clean Core vision.
- Represent SAP’s strategy and roadmap effectively at executive forums, ensuring alignment across ecosystem stakeholders.
Adoption, Consumption & Value Realization
- Drive measurable adoption and consumption of SAP’s Cloud ERP, BTP, AI capabilities (e.g., Joule), and integrated toolchain.
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to track partner performance, consumption metrics, and customer value realization.
- Champion an AI-first mindset across partner delivery organizations, ensuring AI is embedded into delivery, operations, and innovation use cases.
- Ensure partners are enabling customers to continuously innovate and expand their SAP footprint post go-live.
Partner Delivery Leadership & Capability Development
- Oversee development of partner delivery capabilities, capacity, and workforce readiness aligned to SAP’s business plans.
- Ensure adoption of SAP delivery methodologies, including RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality through the SAP Partner Delivery Quality Framework.
- Act as an escalation point for complex delivery challenges, ensuring resolution with long-term corrective actions.
Ecosystem Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate across SAP’s internal organizations (Enterprise Architects, ECS, Product Engineering, Partner Management) to ensure cohesive execution.
- Foster innovation across the partner ecosystem, accelerating adoption of emerging SAP technologies and AI-driven capabilities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, scalability, and innovation within partner organizations.
What You Bring
Experience & Leadership
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software, with a strong background in partner management, consulting, enterprise architecture, or large-scale SAP transformations.
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders at both partner and customer organizations.
- Demonstrated success in driving cloud adoption, consumption growth, and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading strategic programs, partner portfolios, or transformation initiatives at scale.
SAP & Technical Expertise
- Deep expertise in RISE with SAP, S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Strong understanding of SAP’s AI portfolio and its application in enterprise transformation scenarios.
- Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud and integrated toolchain (Cloud ALM, Signavio, LeanIX) strongly preferred.
- Solid grounding in enterprise architecture frameworks and Clean Core principles.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Relevant SAP certifications in Cloud ERP, Enterprise Architecture, or program leadership highly desirable.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 194100-411600USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
