What You’ll Build
In this role, you will own and execute the holistic demand strategy for SAP’s Finance & Spend portfolio across the Greater China Market Unit. You will bring together the full ecosystem — Marketing, Partners, the Digital Hub, CSMS, and Solution Advisory — to create integrated demand programs that align to SAP’s global go‑to‑market strategy and accelerate pipeline creation.
You will:
- Build, own, and govern a holistic Finance & Spend Demand Plan across S/4HANA Finance, oCFO solutions, Procurement (Ariba & SAP Business Network), and Travel & Expense.
- Design and drive integrated demand programs with Marketing, Partner teams, the Digital Hub, and CSM's, ensuring strong alignment to global narratives and regional commercial priorities.
- Partner with the Head of Sales for Finance & Spend – Greater China to translate strategy into executable programs, ensuring the right operating model, governance cadence, and cross‑team collaboration.
- Ensure focus on high‑impact business development motions across Finance, oCFO, Procurement, and T&E, helping the Market Unit prioritize and activate opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
- Represent SAP in customer‑facing engagements, including value workshops, advisory discussions, thought‑leadership sessions, and industry or marketing events.
- Support and empower partner go‑to‑market motions by aligning solution narratives, co‑building demand initiatives, and ensuring consistency with SAP’s global strategy.
- Drive operational rigor for the Market Unit through structured governance, pipeline alignment, and prioritization across sales, presales, partner, and marketing teams.
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of SAP’s Finance & Spend portfolio, including deep expertise in one of the following solutions: S/4HANA Finance, oCFO solutions, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, and SAP Concur.
- Proven experience running business development or demand generation activities across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Partners, Digital, and Solution Advisory).
- Ability to translate high‑level strategy into executable programs with clear deliverables, measurable KPIs, and cross‑stakeholder alignment.
- Confident communicator capable of delivering customer workshops, executive presentations, and thought‑leadership content.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, influencing without authority and aligning diverse teams around a unified demand strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and executive acumen, especially when partnering with senior sales leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- A proactive, structured, and growth‑oriented mindset with a passion for driving commercial impact.
