This role builds and scales a high-performing partner ecosystem for SAP Business Suite, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) across Latin America, driving partner coverage, capability, and specialization to accelerate indirect revenue growth.

It guides partner investment and development across SAP solutions, including HCM, Data, Business Technology Platform, and AI, enabling partners to strengthen sales, co-innovation, and delivery capabilities. A key focus is developing Business Suite–ready partners by expanding and maturing HCM practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong ecosystem and channel development experience with a solid understanding of human capital transformation, including workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee experience. They enable partners to position SAP’s value around workforce transformation and business outcomes, leading with AI.

This role reports to the Regional Leader for the PES Ecosystem Development Team and is focused on the Latin America Market Unit (Mexico, Brazil, and Multi-Country). It supports HCM Line of Business leaders, as well as Market Unit PBMs and CPOs.

Expectations & Tasks

  • Understand and align solution, sales, and partner GTM strategies across SAP Business Suite and HCM priorities for Latin America
  • Assess the partner landscape and maintain a solution- and industry-specific heatmap to identify strengths, gaps, and market opportunities across the region
  • Articulate white space and guide partner recruitment, development, and expansion to build optimal coverage by geography, industry, and capability
  • Build and execute an ecosystem development plan to strengthen the partner network as an integrated whole
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners to improve win rates, grow their SAP business, and strengthen their ability to position and deliver SAP HCM solutions
  • Increase partner capability across sales, presales, and implementation through targeted enablement, coaching, and practice development
  • Enable partners to lead workforce transformation and business outcome–driven conversations, including workforce planning, talent strategy, core HR, and employee experience, with AI as a core component
  • Build ecosystem community and collaboration through scalable forums, engagement cadences, and best-practice sharing across Latin America
  • Act as a strategic advisor to SAP sales teams, promoting the right partners and driving effective partner engagement
  • Track partner performance and ecosystem health, including capability maturity, pipeline influence, and indirect revenue contribution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional and global stakeholders for coordination and development of the HCM partner ecosystem
  • Develop scalable programs to upskill and activate partners on SAP Business Suite and HCM Cloud priorities

Work Experience

  • 10–15 years of overall business experience with 5+ years in cloud, ERP, or HCM-related roles
  • Strong experience in ecosystem development, channel strategy, partner business development, or indirect sales
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems in complex, multi-country environments
  • Solid understanding of Human Capital Management processes and/or workforce transformation
  • Experience working across industries where HCM is a strategic priority
  • Strong understanding of partner-led and multi-channel go-to-market models
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior partner stakeholders, including business planning, whitespace analysis, and relationship building
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed environments with high accountability
  • Strong knowledge of Latin America markets and regional dynamics
  • Business-level English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • Solid business and operational acumen, with ability to assess performance and drive action
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical capability to assess partner performance, gaps, and market opportunities
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate strategy into actionable plans
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and sound judgment under pressure
