What you’ll do
As a Career Starter in Cloud Integration Technologies, your journey will be closely aligned with the principles of integration modernization. You will immerse yourself in the SAP Business Technology Platform with the goal of mastering the SAP Integration Suite, all while supporting seasoned consultants on projects that drive clients' cloud transitions. This development phase will encourage you to understand modernization as a cornerstone of innovation, establishing a reliable and flexible integration landscape that supports up-to-date processes utilizing the latest SAP technologies.

By leveraging our comprehensive service portfolio and the SAP Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M), you'll begin to explore the dimensions of integration modernization as essential facets of your future role as a consultant. Engaging with our global community will enhance your understanding of how modernized environments foster new ways of thinking and problem-solving, driving continuous innovation.

Your involvement as an emerging consultant in integration modernization projects will provide you with valuable hands-on experience. Through collaboration on pioneering topics, you'll be ready to position our company at the forefront of modern AI-enabled integration solutions.

What you bring
Ideal candidates will possess:

A degree in Computer Science, a STEM field, or an equivalent discipline, forming a solid base for your career.
Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude to learn new things, with the capacity to take responsibility for personal growth and team success.
A passion for addressing complex challenges and crafting innovative solutions.
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills in German and English, allowing you to connect with diverse audiences.
A commitment to ongoing learning, driven by a team-oriented approach that encourages collaboration and shared goals.
Proficiency in a programming language like Java, JavaScript, Groovy, ABAP, or Python to bring concepts to life.
Flexibility to travel as needed, embracing opportunities to broaden your experience.
