What you’ll build

You will build software for SAP Cloud Integration, which is SAP’s strategic integration platform. You will design, build, and deliver new features, with a growing focus on integrating AI into our product. This includes enhancing existing AI capabilities and applying AI to new use cases. You will also help resolve customer incidents and leverage AI to improve internal workflows, including development processes.

SAP Cloud Integration is one of the fastest growing cloud services at SAP. Our 15,000 customers use our software to connect their SAP as well as non-SAP systems (like Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, etc.). That way we enable many of the world’s largest enterprises to run their core business processes. However, our work is business agnostic and instead focuses on things like scalability, security, interoperability, reliability, availability, and performance.

What you bring

This role is for experienced developers (3+ years). But qualified graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Excellent programming skills in at least one major language (Java, Python, C, C++, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience building Cloud applications at scale and/or integrating AI features into production systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, a Natural Science, or similar – or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with the following is a plus: Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, Kafka, databases, SQL, and/or Jenkins.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
