PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As a critical part of SAP’s Transformation journey, the mission of the CPIT Order-to-Cash (O2C) Team is to drive the implementation of the company’s strategy and achievement of shared business objectives through world class end-to-end business processes and systems. Amongst the team’s key objectives are to innovate, standardize, simplify, and automate SAP’s core business processes and ensure continuous alignment with the SAP IT portfolio and business stakeholders. In all activities, closing the loop from strategy to execution is key to driving impact for SAP and for our customers.

As a member of the Order to Invoice – Engineering Team India, you will be responsible for the implementation and operation of SAP’s own commercial order management and invoicing platform. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Strong expertise with hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD, including Sales Order Management, Pricing & Condition Techniques, Billing (Invoices, Credit/Debit Memos), Credit Management, and Output Determination.
  • Extensive experience integrating SAP SD with BRIM/Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI, and MM, ensuring seamless end-to-end process alignment across modules.
  • Deep functional knowledge of the SAP BRIM solution, with a particular focus on Convergent Invoicing, supporting complex billing and revenue scenarios.
  • Proven ability to evaluate business processes, identify operational gaps, and design end-to-end SAP BRIM/SD solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and revenue realization.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives, leading requirement-gathering workshops, and delivering tailored SAP BRIM implementations aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Prior experience in Document and Reporting Compliance/ eInvoicing / legal reporting topic implementations would be a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, computer science or a related field
  • Systematic way of working, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable team player with open and growth mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to both technical and business stakeholder
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent both spoken and written in English
  • Ability to integrate into an international, virtual and highly diverse team, work independently as well as have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe methodology
