Job Title: IT Technology Services Senior Specialist (multiple positions available)

Purpose and Objective:

SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist (multiple positions available) at our Newtown Square, PA location to serve as trusted advisor responsible for optimizing strategic customers’ investment in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.

Expectations and Tasks:

Ensure Day to Day quality service delivery and define, track, and achieve various ambitious service KPI and SLA’s. Participate in Major incident handling, troubleshoot service request failures, downtime extensions, long running ongoing incidents for a customer. Quick responses during escalations, take proactive steps to avoid escalations, identify and drive initiatives to improve the operation and stability for our customer system and Driving initiatives to standardize and simplify server operations. Root Cause analysis for Service requests failures/outages, performance issues, continuous improvement methodologies. Analyze root-causes of the failures in achieving the KPIS and define a corrective action plan, with well-defined mitigation steps. Coordinate and orchestrate the work between the various teams with Strong collaboration with other units within and outside Enterprise Cloud Service units. Bring in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, to address customer pain points and enhancements in the Service Delivery. Process improvement initiatives for daily operational activities. Streamline standard operating procedures by focusing on automation enhancements. Proactive Operation services for the customer and service on-demand with timely alert reduction program to all the stakeholders involving the customer.

Qualifications

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:

Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following:

• SAP NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA Administration;

• SAP Webdispatcher, Solution Manager, and Router;

• SAP Cloud Connector, CPI-DS Agent, and SLT (System Landscape Transformation) Replication Server;

• SAP Content server, BOBJ, and DataServices;

• OpenText and VIM;

• SAP HANA, Sybase ASE, MSSQL, Oracle, and DB2;

• SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and BRIM (Convergent charging and Convergent Mediation);

• SAP IdM (Identity Management); and

• SAP Upgrades, Migrations and Integrations.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $127,525 - $195,976. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $131,000 - $222,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
