Join our “Partner Integration & Excellence” team for ECS Delivery. We are the central point of contact for our MSM partners, empowering them to deliver exceptional service and drive customer satisfaction within SAP Enterprise Cloud Service Delivery. As a Sr. Partner Success Manager, you will be the vital link between our partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement
Your Impact:
- Build Trust, Foster Growth: Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with partner leadership and delivery teams. Become a trusted advisor, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to elevate their delivery quality. Act as their champion within ECS, advocating for their needs and facilitating their success - not just an auditor
- Drive Operational Excellence: Conduct rigorous analyses of partner operations, pinpointing improvement areas and collaboratively developing and implementing corrective action plans. Represent partners in ECS Delivery forums, ensuring their voice is heard and their perspectives are integrated into strategic decisions.
- Shape a Scalable Partner Ecosystem: Lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects to build a robust, scalable, and reliable partner delivery ecosystem. Contribute to the overall partner strategy, including selection, onboarding, enablement, and performance management programs.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress against targets, and conduct regular governance reviews to ensure transparency and demonstrate the impact of quality improvement initiatives. Leverage data insights to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- On-site Collaboration: Spend dedicated time on-site at partner locations, fostering strong relationships, facilitating open communication, and gaining firsthand insights into their operations. This will allow you to build rapport, understand their unique challenges, and provide tailored support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various ECS teams, including Supplier Governance, to ensure seamless integration and compliance with contractual agreements. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support the growing demands of our partner ecosystem.
Your Expertise:
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years specifically in partner management within a solutions/line-of-business context, preferably focused on the SAP ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and its delivered services.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong partner relationships, coupled with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of Managed Services models, SIAM principles, SLA management, and performance management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, results-driven, adaptable, flexible, and a strong team player.
