What you’ll do

The IT Technology Services Expert (f/m/d) will be instrumental to ensure a very close alignment of the deal execution relevant policies and stakeholders with the Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) Customer Partner (CP) Deal Execution game plan 2026 when it comes to manage deals and renewals related deliverables

It all starts with transparency and by setting up a structured working approach of a continuous liaison and alignment process with the business units (e.g. Customer Success), the finance departments (e.g. GCF) and the CPIT organization; we will make sure that this interconnected areas are coming closer together to maximize business outcomes and move the relevant KPIs; from a content perspective this will cover all Sales relevant Policies, Business AI @SAP; deal approval optimization and several strategic projects in 2026+ which will fuel the backlog of this role and derive and execute sustainable and measurable simplifications for our business counterparts to bring SAP’s Cloud business to new heights

You will be collaborating with stakeholders from multiple lines of business to ensure seamless integration of required adjustments in system and processes that are translated from policy adjustment of our stakeholders. It is essential to have an in-depth experience with marketing activities and a solid understanding of SAP’s Cloud business and the proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns within assigned budgets, timelines and ambitious delivery dates. The IT Technology Services Expert (f/m/d) should tick the following job requirements:

  • Strong personality with the skill to quickly connect on all levels of several SAP organizations, it includes working with experts and management from several departments.
  • Ability to extract the relevant changes into a meaningful team update and by connecting them with required system adjustments and simplifications leveraging the latest technologies like Agentic AI agents.
  • Business Process Management skills to design process and system flows (in collaboration with IT delivery units) that prioritize flexibility, configurability and automation
  • Be open minded and having the ability to quickly build a power couple with the End-2-End policy owner of the GCF commercial policies
  • Strong interpersonal skills that include a cross-functional working approach with Marketing-, Product Development- and Process and Design- teams
  • Excellent marketing project knowledge in Cloud businesses, incl. Product & Go-to-Market Strategy Experience
  • Ability to translate policies and processes into KPI sets and Performance Management & Reporting
  • Proven track record of being a quick learner by having experience as Business Process consultant

What you bring

  • 10+ years software industry experience
  • 10+ years as a marketing expert to ensure successful execution of campaigns
  • 10+ years working experience - ideally across multiple departments and/or disciplines like Consulting and Finance
  • 5+ years in Business Process Consulting
  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance/Banking
  • Strong analytical skills, with a talent for translating complex business requirements into actionable marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in SAP applications and financial background to enable Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Proven ability as BPM consultant to operationalize and continuously improve cross-functional processes, with a keen eye for simplification and automation
  • Experienced in process and stakeholder management, driving steering committees and managing risks and escalations in a self-driven manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring effective stakeholder management and driving project success through clear and concise communication
  • Anticipate issues and crafts innovative solutions with a proactive and strategic mindset
