Summary:

As a Data & Analytics Senior Specialist, you will be a vital part of the SAP for Me Product Management team.

Together with the Product management team and other experts in the SAP for Me delivery unit, you will be responsible for the data foundation of SAP’s external customer platform. The joint team ensures that customer data is reliable, in sync across tools and easily accessible for all employees.

The Role:

In this role, you will act as an “interface” between our business stakeholders and the technical delivery. Therefore, your daily job covers the following areas:

• Perform Stakeholder Management by engaging with various stakeholders (business, PM, delivery, UX) in order to understand their analytical needs, but also challenge requirements based on business value and effort

• Document and handover technical requirements to Data Product Engineers, in best case you are able to understand and proceed modelling in SAP HANA and Datasphere by yourself

• Oversee and orchestrate the creation and onboarding to the data foundation for SAP for Me.

• Working in an agile SCRUM team and collaborating on shared features

• Strengthen the agile team with your development, analytical, and business engagement & collaboration skills

What you bring :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science or equivalent

• More than 3 years’ experience working in scrum mode as a Business Analyst or Analytical Engineer in an analytical environment with complex project setups and executive level involvement

• Experience in UI Design and Analytical dashboard tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred), Power BI or Tableau.

• Very good analytical skills with the ability for abstract thinking and performance-oriented mindset

• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud is a big plus

• Very good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Fluent business English skills
