Job Description

Company Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Job Description

Bring it

You're a student ready for a part-time, structured experience at SAP. You're curious, resilient, and adapt well when things change. You communicate clearly, collaborate across teams, and bring creative thinking to problems. You're developing your business and AI foundations, and you take initiative to deliver results. You bring emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to your work and your team.

You have an interest in project management, business operations, and data-driven decision making. You're comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools and readiness to expand your skills in analytics, reporting, collaboration platforms, and AI-powered technologies. Strong organizational skills help you manage multiple priorities and deadlines, while your analytical mindset enables you to turn data into meaningful insights. You enjoy working with stakeholders across different teams, communicating effectively, and continuously learning new tools, processes, and ways of working.

A background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related discipline is beneficial. We value academic achievement. We also look for management potential demonstrated through student activities, volunteering, or public speaking. Additionally, we appreciate an interest in enterprise software and project management. The ability to connect business and technical perspectives is an advantage.

Build it

You'll join a team working on live priorities and gain cross-functional exposure through the IXP programme. Your mentors will guide you, and you'll set and deliver real goals.

In this role, you'll support strategic programs that help Global Revenue Operations teams stay aligned, informed, and effective across the customer value journey. You'll gain hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, and operations by contributing to initiatives that drive operational excellence and business impact.
