Job Overview:
The SAP Concur Integration Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support of SAP Concur solutions, with a strong focus on both Data Integration Services and Statutory Services.
This hybrid role involves:
· Understanding customer business and integration requirements, translating them into technical application designs, and configuring/supporting SAP Concur system integration components.
· Facilitating seamless data transfer between SAP Concur and customer systems, including employee profiles, financial postings, and tax-related data.
· Understanding customer’s statutory related business requirements, implementing rate(s) changes and configuration changes related to tax, car mileage, and travel allowances within SAP Concur systems.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Act as an expert in SAP Concur data integration, Statutory services, and core products to guide customers in best practice configuration.
· Lead and support data integration projects through the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from initial contact to transition to support.
· Apply practical experience in implementing or supporting AI-powered innovations within SAP Concur solutions.
· Manage customer expectations regarding project goals, deliverables, and timelines by understanding their business priorities.
· Use technical skills to support customer testing and troubleshooting connectivity, data transformation, and posting issues.
· Manage change requests for rates and configuration within Statutory services involving Car Mileage, Tax, and Travel allowance.
· Build relationships to effectively communicate and work with customers, internal and external stakeholders.
· Work on support cases from the relevant case queue(s) through to resolution and/or escalation to R&D.
· Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation throughout the deployment lifecycle to ensure seamless transitions.
· Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and comply with all corporate policies regarding data security and auditing.
Qualifications
Education, Experience & Training required:
· Technical degree or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of two years of enterprise-level technical project management, consulting, and/or software implementation experience.
· Knowledge of REST API integration using JSON and XML, alongside the technical ability to perform file manipulation to transform data into CSV and text formats to ensure seamless data integration.
· AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google, AWS, or DeepLearning.AI) are a plus.
· Experience in the travel and spend management industry is a plus.
Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills: (in order of priorities)
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese (Mandarin) and Korean.
· Strong technical consulting, system analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver commitments and manage ambiguous situations.
· Project management skills or experience is a plus.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Ability to persuade and influence.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
