The Role
The Integrated Toolchain Solution Expert possesses expert-level knowledge of SAP’s Business Transformation Management portfolio and the SAP Integrated Toolchain, including SAP Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, Cloud ALM, Syniti, and Tricentis.
This global role supports sales execution at scale by enabling field teams with clear narratives, reference architectures, and repeatable motions that accelerate RISE with SAP opportunities and transformation-led deals. The role equips Solution Advisory—and by extension Sales and Partner teams—to consistently position SAP’s Integrated Toolchain as a differentiated, end-to-end approach to transformation execution versus point solutions and competing platforms.
The specialist is a solution champion, ensuring coherent portfolio positioning that resonates with specific customer profiles and transformation maturity. Close collaboration with Sales, Value Management/Advisory, Services, Product Management, and Marketing ensures strategy is translated into scalable field assets, tailored solutions and consumable value messaging across regions and industries.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject-matter specialist for the Integrated Toolchain within Business Transformation Management.
Define, refine and solution ITC use cases aligned to RISE with SAP and enterprise transformation journeys.
Support strategic customer engagements and complex deal shaping where ITC differentiation is critical.
Incorporate competitive differentiation into ITC solutioning.
Advance agent excellence and process-aware execution by positioning process intelligence as an active execution input.
Develop scalable customer-facing and team enablement assets and demonstrations.
Provide structured feedback to influence product and portfolio direction.
Act as a senior contributor and force multiplier for the global Solution Advisory organization.
Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
Strengthen ecosystem alignment to accelerate customer outcomes and reinforce SAP’s leadership in transformation management.
Build trusted relationships with partners to align go-to-market strategies and drive integrated customer value realization.
Market Evangelism & Content Creation
Evangelize the value of Business Transformation Management and the Integrated Toolchain at flagship events such as SAP Sapphire, BTM Summits, and partner forums.
Create compelling narratives, blogs, and enablement content that expand field readiness and market understanding.
Engage with analysts to position SAP against competitors and influence market perception.
Team & Asset Leadership
Act as a catalyst for collaboration across sales, product, services, and marketing teams.
Create scalable playbooks, frameworks, and assets that amplify field effectiveness and enable repeatable success.
Influence SAP’s product direction through structured feedback loops with development and product management.
Work Experience
10+ years of experience in Solution Management, Solution Advisory, Product Marketing, or Centers of Excellence within enterprise software.
Knowledge of SAP ecosystem.
Strong expertise in BPM/EBPA, process intelligence/mining, and emerging AI agent patterns, with understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Experience supporting enterprise sales motions, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal shaping.
Self-starter who builds strong internal networks and has the ability to operate effectively across highly matrixed organizations.
Passion for customer success and winning complex transformation opportunities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; English proficient.
Business-level proficiency in local language.

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $310,000 - 360,000 (CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
