Company Description
At SAP, you'll belong to a diverse, international community that learns fast, shares openly, and celebrates impact. You'll have access to global peers, modern tools, and development pathways-so your ideas travel and your career grows. You'll join communities of practice, share knowledge, and gain exposure across regions and products.
Job Description
You'll ensure timely, accurate pay, verify data, support audits, and drive automation that increases reliability and efficiency. You'll own defined workstreams, improve templates and data flows, and be the point person for stakeholders.
What you'll bring
You have functional experience in payroll or HR administration, ideally in a shared services or service-oriented environment. You're comfortable handling confidential employee data carefully and precisely. You communicate well in English and enjoy working with colleagues across different countries and time zones.
You also bring:
What you'll build
You'll be the main contact for external payroll vendors across assigned EMEA countries, making sure payroll runs smoothly and on time. You'll maintain controls, documentation, and compliance standards — and actively contribute to process improvements.
Where you belong
You'll join the Global Business Services HR team — more than 800 colleagues delivering HR operations to SAP offices worldwide, from services centers in Prague, Manila and Buenos Aires. Your work at this level has a real impact: the payroll runs you support feed directly into how employees experience SAP and how the organization meets its regulatory responsibilities.
You'll work closely with experienced payroll colleagues and partners across HR, Finance, and compliance — which gives you the opportunity to build your expertise on complex payroll questions and compliance scenarios over time.
