What you’ll build

Content is our product in HR and both employees and managers are our customers. Global People & Culture Content Team gives direction and guidance to HR content owners and is taking HR content management to the next level by integrating AI.

As the Global HR Content Team Associate, you will get hands-on experience with innovative HR technologies and be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality HR content for our global audience.

  • Prepare content for internal SAP platforms in support of AI integration.
  • Conduct reviews of existing content within the knowledge bases to identify and rectify content errors and inconsistencies.
  • Format and transform content into a suitable structure for AI model training.
  • Collaborate with the Global P&C HRdirect team to optimize and maintain knowledge base to maximize AI’s potential.
  • Provide regular reports on data quality and content review progress.
  • Ensure that all content is aligned with our global brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Stay aware of AI models and data quality assessment methods.

What you bring

Previous HR experience is not required in this paid role, but you need to:

  • 12 months availability with possible prolongation
  • Be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Have strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Enjoy problem solving and be comfortable with complexity.
  • Be responsive, own your task and follow through.
  • Be curious, learn, grow.
  • Aim to simplify, question the established, think creatively.
  • Take pleasure in learning innovative technology.
