- Implement data protection requirements, including Procedure Enrollment (PET), to ensure compliance for processes, tools, and services under GCO Controllership.
- Deliver proactive, service-oriented support to data protection roles and functions within GCO responsible for operational compliance implementation.
- Analyze use cases, create compliance reports, and present results using modern tools (Microsoft 365 including Power BI Reports, Power Automate Flows, Power Pages, Lists and Excel) to drive efficiency and transparency.
- Provide guidance and training to teams on data protection and compliance, while maintaining and improving platform content (e.g. Wiki, SharePoint, MS Teams, dashboards, workflows). Distribute newsletters and share relevant data protection & privacy updates.
- Develop and roll out learning materials and plan awareness activities for the GCO business unit.
What you bring
- Experience with the PET tool and data protection processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and enthusiasm for digital collaboration.
- Strong service and customer orientation with the ability to provide proactive support.
- Excellent teamwork, networking skills, and an independent working style combined with analytical, investigative, and solution-oriented thinking.
