What you’ll do
Support sales team on sales operations activities, marketing events, business cases with value management methodologies, identifying opportunity areas and developing business case
Position title: Finance and Spend Management Sales Associate – SAP Next Gen
Location: Santiago, Chile
Duration: 6 months up to 2 years
Type of contract: Temporary
Target Start Date: May 2026
Tasks descriptions:
Sales Operations & Revenue Management
- Pipeline & Quote Management: Orchestrate the end-to-end management of sales opportunities and quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional targets.
- Incremental Growth: Identify and execute minor upsell opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize account value.
- Commercial Governance: Act as the key liaison between Sales, Operations, and Commercial Finance to streamline the quote-to-cash process and ensure compliance.
Demand Generation & Strategic Support
- Territory Activation: Drive engagement in territory reviews and cadence calls, ensuring actionable outcomes.
- Sales Enablement: Manage executive scheduling and meeting coordination to optimize the sales team's field time.
- Strategic Events: Lead the operational execution of high-impact events (such as SAP House), from initial logistics to post-event analysis.
Marketing & Engagement
- Audience Development: Manage the end-to-end invitation process for strategic marketing activities, ensuring the right personas are targeted.
- Conversion Tracking: Execute rigorous follow-up strategies to convert event attendance into qualified pipeline opportunities.
Analytics & Internal Coordination
- Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain specialized reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into forecast accuracy, territory health, and quota attainment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve regional sales efficiency.

Education and Experience:
- Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
- Preferably not exceeding 1-2 years from graduation
- Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or other related areas
Requirements and Competencies:
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork, flexibility and proactivity
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and execute many tasks at the same time
- Fluency in English
- Advanced in Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Basic concepts of Finance, KPI analysis, Valuation Techniques, Investment Analysis
- Enterprise processes knowledge is a plus
