Deine Aufgaben

• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Guesthouse Operational Leads zur Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts wie z.B. Gastgeberfunktion, Wahrnehmen der operativen Schnittstellenfunktion, Ansprechpartner für die im Haus eingesetzten Dienstleister, Hausführungen, Koordination von Sonderveranstaltungen, Repräsentation des Hauses bei Veranstaltungen
• Sicherstellung von hoher Dienstleistungsqualität, effizienten Abläufen und Servicestandards
• Abwicklung von ad-hoc Anfragen (z.B. bei Kundenanfragen oder in Bereichen wie Dienstleistermanagement, Bestellwesen)

• Erarbeitung der Datengrundlagen für das betriebswirtschaftliche Reporting im Haus sowie verantwortlich für das Erstellen von Prozess- und Ablaufbeschreibungen für operative Tätigkeiten im Haus (z.B. Pflege der Auslastungs- und Umsatzanalyse, Weiterentwicklung von Formatvorlagen zur Sicherstellung der Dienstleisterqualität)

• Erstellung der Monatsabrechnung des Hauses (Durchführung und Nachhalten der Ergebnisse, agieren als Hauptansprechpartner bei Rückfragen) sowie Anlage der Monats- und Jahresbestellungen

• Budgeterstellung und Verwaltung sowie eigenständige Erarbeitung von Optimierungsvorschlägen und deren Nachverfolgung

• Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung für den Guesthouse Operational Lead

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel/in der Gastronomie oder im Eventbereich, idealerweise Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule
• Umfangreiche Kenntnisse aller operativen Abläufe in einem Hotel/Guesthouse
• ​Fundierte praxiserprobte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und gutes Zahlenverständnis
• Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen (im Speziellen Excel)
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ​
• Belastbar, flexibel und Bereitschaft in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
• Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung​
• Erfahrung im Dienstleistermanagement, sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Stakeholdern
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Interesse an einer kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung und Offenheit für neue Ideen
• Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
• Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) ist verantwortlich für das weltweite Immobilienportfolio der SAP und des operative Facility Management (FM).

Das SAP Guesthouse Cloud44 am Standort Walldorf bietet für SAP-Mitarbeitende 103 Zimmer zum Übernachten, vier Meetingräume, eine große Eventfläche sowie einen vielseitig nutzbaren modernen Gastronomie- & Terrassenbereiche z.B. für Veranstaltungen und Meetings, kleine und große Events, individuelle Restaurantreservierungen sowie Teamevents. Das Haus wird seit Juli 2022 von der SAP betrieben. Das operative Tagesgeschäft wird durch verschiedene Dienstleister in den Bereichen Rezeption, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping und Technik abgedeckt.

Der Operational Coordinator unterstützt den SAP Guesthouse Operational Lead im operativen Tagesgeschäft und ist für die prozessualen und betriebliche Datenerfassung, -pflege sowie -Optimierung von Abläufen im SAP Guesthouse Cloud44 verantwortlich.
