Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Location: Barcelona, Spain | Team: SAP Experience Center - EMEA Digital Hub

About the Role

The Barcelona Experience Center (BEC) is part of SAP's global network of Experience Centers, immersive spaces where customers and partners engage directly with SAP's latest solutions through live demos, real-world use cases, and interactive showcases.

The Design & Communications Specialist is responsible for turning ideas, messaging, and technical content into polished, engaging visual and multimedia experiences. This role shapes how the BEC looks, feels, and communicates, both internally across the organization and externally to customers and partners who visit or engage with the center.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who combines strong design instincts with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, translate complex information into something visually compelling, and keep pace with a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce visual materials for internal use, including SharePoint content, one-pagers, and presentation decks used by sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Create visual assets, presentations, and interactive experiences used directly with customers and partners, content that shapes how visitors experience the center during live engagements and events.
  • Plan, film, and edit video content end to end: webinars, executive pitches, short-form "innovation" videos, industry trend content, and internal company-wide meetings.
  • Build and maintain reusable templates, layouts, and design systems that keep output consistent and let the team move faster without rebuilding assets from scratch.
  • Coordinate the logistics and operations behind livestreams and video production, working closely with the wider team to keep events and recordings running smoothly.
  • Support cross-team content and communication initiatives across the broader EMEA organization.
  • Continuously explore new design, video, and AI tools that can improve the speed and quality of content production, and bring those improvements back to the team.

What You'll Need

  • 1-2+ years of experience in visual design, presentation design, video editing, or multimedia content production.A portfolio demonstrating design work, video editing, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency with design and video tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Camtasia (or equivalents), plus willingness to learn new tools as needs evolve.
  • Strong understanding of visual communication, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to turn complex or technical information into content that's clear and visually accessible to a general audience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder feedback at the same time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working independently while following brand guidelines and creative direction.

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating content for a corporate, technology, or B2B environment.
  • Experience with generative AI tools to accelerate visual design, video production, or content workflows.
  • Experience supporting live events, executive visits, or public-facing showcases.
  • Additional European languages beyond English.
