Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you’ll build

In this senior, highly visible role, you will lead and scale SAP’s strategic hyperscaler partnerships across EMEA, including AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, and IBM Technology. You will be responsible for maximizing business impact from these partnerships by aligning executive relationships, joint go‑to‑market strategies, and field execution across SAP’s full solution portfolio, with a strong focus on RISE, Business Data Cloud (BDC), and AI.

You will own the end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle with hyperscalers, from executive engagement and joint strategic planning to revenue execution, pipeline development, and long‑term transformation. Acting as SAP’s primary senior interface to hyperscaler leadership, you will regularly engage with regional and local executives up to President level to define shared priorities, align investments, and ensure SAP is positioned as a trusted strategic partner.

A key part of your role will be to orchestrate complex, multi‑party ecosystems, bringing together SAP, hyperscalers, and Global Strategic Service Partners (GSSPs) such as Deloitte, Accenture, and others to enable successful three‑way engagements. You will ensure alignment across sales strategy, delivery models, and commercial structures, enabling scalable and repeatable deal success across EMEA.

You will drive joint business planning and execution with hyperscalers, translating SAP strategy into concrete financial and commercial outcomes. This includes shaping partner investment plans, defining target account strategies, driving demand generation activities, and ensuring predictable pipeline growth and forecast accuracy. You will work closely with SAP Account Executives and hyperscaler partner teams on joint account planning, deal qualification, and opportunity acceleration.

You will play a central role in Data and AI joint planning, positioning SAP’s Business Data Cloud and AI capabilities alongside or complementary to hyperscaler data and AI offerings. By collaborating with SAP product, solution, and engineering experts, you will help customers realize differentiated value while enabling partners to expand their role in SAP‑led transformation programs.

In close alignment with SAP’s EMEA RISE leadership, you will actively participate in forecast calls, QBRs, and executive governance, ensuring hyperscaler engagement directly supports SAP’s cloud growth objectives. You will prepare and lead high‑level EMEA QBRs involving SAP EMEA Presidents and hyperscaler peers, driving transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment.

Finally, you will lead, enable, and inspire Market Unit Partner Business Managers (PBMs) across EMEA. You will provide strategic direction, coaching, and governance to ensure consistent execution, partner health, and long‑term capability development. By setting best practices in partner management, pipeline discipline, and ecosystem collaboration, you will continuously evolve SAP’s hyperscaler engagement model to support future growth.

What you bring

  • You bring strong partner and sales leadership experience, with the credibility and confidence to operate at executive level across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • You have hands‑on experience working with cloud ecosystems and hyperscalers, and a proven ability to translate strategic partnerships into tangible revenue and customer outcomes.
  • You combine business development expertise with analytical strength, enabling you to identify win‑win scenarios, articulate compelling partner business cases, and guide investment decisions.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments while maintaining independent accountability, and you bring energy, creativity, and a growth mindset to everything you do.
  • A background as an Account Executive or Field Leadership Sales Manager is strongly preferred.
  • You have a strong understanding of software industry dynamics, cloud trends, and regional market realities.
  • Business‑level English is required, and regular travel across EMEA is expected.

Where you belong

You will join SAP’s EMEA partner and cloud ecosystem organization, working across market units and countries with hyperscalers, Global Strategic Service Partners, and SAP field teams. This is a strategic, field‑based role with high visibility to SAP EMEA leadership and external executive stakeholders.

You will thrive in an international, fast‑moving environment where collaboration, trust, and long‑term value creation are essential. SAP offers an inclusive culture, flexible working models, and strong investment in learning and development, enabling you to grow while making a meaningful impact on SAP’s cloud and partner strategy.

The role can be based in EMEA near a significant travel hub.
