POSITION SUMMARY
The Ecosystem Delivery Success Lead owns the end-to-end success of top service partners by combining partnership management, delivery governance, and consulting practice transformation, with the goal of driving customer success through partner success by transforming the ecosystem into a reliable, scalable, and high-performing delivery engine.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-end ownership of selected strategic initiatives or time-critical projects. Inclusive but not exhaustive:
1. Service Partner Ownership & Governance
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for top service partners, managing interactions across executives together with GSSPs Head and PDMs.
- Proactively manage escalations and ensure issues are resolved quickly and collaboratively.
- Promote a unified, consistent engagement model across different roles and business units.
2. Partner Delivery Management & Customer Success
- Monitor partner delivery readiness, capacity, go-live progress, and quality metrics.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and initiate corrective actions.
- Lead partner-related customer and delivery escalations to resolution.
- Ensure adoption of standardized delivery frameworks, methodologies, and quality models across projects.
3. Consulting Practice & Operating Model Transformation
- Assess and evolve partner consulting operating models, including delivery governance, capacity planning, skills coverage, and quality assurance.
- Coach partners on scaling their consulting practices sustainably across regions, industries, and solutions.
- Drive maturity across PMO, delivery management, utilization models, and financial predictability.
- Support partners in transitioning to cloud-first, outcome-driven delivery models.
4 Enablement, Capacity & Skills Development
- Ensure sufficient consultant capacity to support pipeline and committed go-lives.
- Promote reuse of best practices and continuous improvement across the ecosystem.
- Ensure lessons learned from delivery are captured and reused.
5. Performance Management & Ecosystem Excellence
-Identify underperformance early and lead structured improvement plans.
-Act as a best-practice leader for delivery excellence across the partner ecosystem.
-Continuously improve governance frameworks, tools, and operating models.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes across all partner-led engagements.
- Drive adherence to approved delivery methodologies, quality frameworks, and governance standards.
- Actively monitor customer implementations to anticipate risks and prevent escalations before they occur.
- Own partner-related delivery and customer escalations through resolution, ensuring minimal customer impact.
- Improve customer satisfaction, referenceability, and renewal outcomes through strong partner delivery execution.
- Assess partner consulting maturity across delivery governance, skills, capacity, and operating models.
- Drive continuous improvement of partner delivery organizations, including PMO, quality management, and resource planning.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Partner / Alliance Management
· Enterprise Software Delivery
· Consulting Practice Leadership
· Cloud Transformation Programs
· Systems Integrator or Global Consulting Firm environments
Proven track record managing service partners or systems integrators in complex, enterprise environments. Direct experience overseeing partner-led implementations with accountability for customer outcomes.
Demonstrated success in improving delivery predictability, reducing escalations, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Experience working in cloud-first, subscription-based, or SaaS delivery models
Strong familiarity with partner governance models, QBR/EBR structures, and KPI-driven accountability frameworks
Ability to influence without authority across internal teams and external partner executives.

Focuses on central issues and has a command of specifics without being overly detailed. Understands how to frame messages in a compelling way for a target audience, and articulates these messages credibly, powerfully, and with confidence.
- Strategic program leadership. Demonstrated ability to structure and manage cross-organizational business initiatives and drive change. Thinks big picture but able to roll up sleeves and deliver. Sets and manages clear expectations by defining concrete objectives, deliverables, and action plans. Employs clear methods for closed-loop management and holds others accountable for delivering on time with quality. Shows appropriate attention to detail with diligent, tenacious follow-through. Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity but strives to bring structure and discipline to ad-hoc work efforts.
