Domain Advisor for Fieldglass
Domain Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services. Serve as domain experts and spokespersons for designated solution or product segment. Primarily responsible for pipeline growth, market development, deal support, development of content for solution- based training as well as references for additional market penetration. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Purpose
To operate as a solution area expert and thought leader. The Domain Advisor drives the solution area content required by the regions / Market Units to build pipeline and close deals. As a subject matter expert, the Domain Advisor evangelizes the value of the solutions they represent often meeting with customers in 1 to many settings. Occasionally, the Domain Advisor supports customer specific situations to provide additional solution expertise, insight, gain customer feedback or to coach the account team.
Key Responsibilities
include but are not limited to
- Develop and distribute sales assets to effectively position Line of Business solutions, address customer challenges, and demonstrate value.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to co-create messaging that emphasizes joint value propositions for customers.
- Share best practices with other Line of Businesses to enhance sales strategies, deal execution, and adapt to market changes.
- Customize value propositions to align with different customer segments and audiences.
- Act as a subject matter expert in various customer engagements, such as conferences and webinars, and provide guidance to field teams on customer management and opportunity expansion.
