JOIN OUR TEAM

The Adoption Insights & Services (AIS) team, nestled within the Global Adoption & Experience Center of Excellence (GA&X), is pivotal in generating insightful adoption metrics through service engagements and metering tools. These insights serve as a foundation for data-driven decision-making, propelling customers along their cloud journey. Within the GA&X organization, the AIS team specializes in facilitating value-oriented service engagements with a focus on strategic customers.

GA&X operates as a Level 2 unit within the Product Engineering board area, taking charge of data-driven decisions related to adoption and experience insights. As a cross-functional unit, it spearheads the standardization and harmonization of SAP’s strategies concerning adoption and experience across the entire SAP Product Portfolio. The Center of Excellence offers top-tier tools and services, working closely with both customers and internal roles to achieve the Product Engineering priorities of “usage and satisfaction.”

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Role Description:

We are producing active use and adoption data for all our private cloud customers, building the foundation for functional metering, consumed ACV, adoption steering, and driving business decisions based on actionable adoption data. With Next Level Metering, we are building the basis for future intelligent recommendations towards Enterprise Architects, Account Executives, and key personas within the customer base to expand the cloud footprint and drive adoption of our solutions. As part of the team, you will analyse adoption data, support end users with related questions, participate in governance steering, and develop new state-of-the-art solutions for mass data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Act as the first line of support for end users, addressing both business-related and technical questions to ensure seamless user experiences.

  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new end users into the existing tool landscape, ensuring they are well-versed with our tools and technologies.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret complex usage and adoption data, derive meaningful insights, and present them through actionable reports. Explain and defend usage analyses and KPIs when necessary.

  • Data Integration & Analysis: Create intricate analyses by synthesizing data from various sources within the existing tool landscape to provide a holistic view of customer engagement and adoption.

  • Tool Validation: Test and validate new tools, ensuring they meet our high standards and are ready for deployment.

  • Executive Communication: Prepare and present executive-level presentations that clearly articulate our findings, insights, and recommendations.

  • Tool Improvement: Propose improvements for the existing tool landscape to enhance functionality, usability, and analytic capabilities.

  • Requirements Documentation: Conduct fit-gap analysis and document end-user requirements to ensure our tools meet the evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • Education: A university degree in information technology, information management, data science, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role.

  • Data Analytics: Practical experience with data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Global Team Collaboration: Experience working in a truly global team environment.

  • SAP Knowledge: Practical experience with SAP applications is a plus.

  • AI/ML: Firsthand experience in AI/ML is highly advantageous.

If you are passionate about data, driven by insights, and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic and global team, we would love to hear from you. Join us and be part of a team that is transforming the way businesses utilize and benefit from cloud technologies.
