About Us

The Global Ombuds Office provides employees with a confidential, independent, and informal resource for addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and navigating challenging situations. In addition, we design and implement preventive initiatives that foster a respectful workplace culture, constructive conflict resolution, and positive collaboration.

To support our international team, we are looking for a motivated intern with an interest in learning and development, adult learning, organizational psychology, communication, and conflict management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of training programs and workshops on topics such as conflict management, communication, respectful collaboration, and psychological safety
  • Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, and interactive learning and e-learning content
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and information events
  • Support the evaluation of training initiatives by analyzing participant feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Conduct research on current academic findings and best practices in learning and development, adult learning, and conflict management
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to training activities, including participant management, scheduling, and communication
  • Contribute to international projects that promote a positive organizational culture and constructive conflict management

Your Profile

  • Advanced or completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in one of the following fields:
    • Psychology (especially Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Business Psychology)
    • Education or Adult Learning
    • Pedagogy or Educational Sciences
    • Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management
    • Business Education
    • Mediation and Conflict Management
    • Organizational Development or a related field
  • Strong interest in learning and development and the design of modern training programs
  • Enthusiasm for communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal dynamics
  • Creativity in developing instructional concepts and learning materials
  • Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
