PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Strategic Partner Management (SPM) team is responsible for business development and strategy, organizational alignment, and delivery execution of SAP’s Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio for our cloud customers as it relates to partners and the partner ecosystem. SAP’s ECS Partner Management team cover the business needs of senior business and IT executives across multiple partner stakeholders. We are looking for a Diploma Student / Intern to be the focal point to help plan, coordinate, and administer various partner related projects for the Strategic Partner Management team activities with ECS partners.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Focal point to help plan, coordinate, and administer the Strategic Partner Management team activities with ECS partners.

• Support the Strategic Partner Management team with the creation of partner related delivery enablement videos with Synthesia
• Assist with the maintenance & analysis of the Situation Handling Log incidents to identify trends and patterns with Premium Supplier, Sell/Service and MSP partner
• Assist with the generation of our team’s monthly status report with AI Copilot
• Assist with tasks associated with monitoring and controlling partner related projects
• Assist with planning and documenting partner enablement sessions, and documenting partner feedback
• Assist with managing and tracking key project documents and deliverables
• Participate in regular project meetings and delivery enablement
• Assist with capturing, documenting, and communicating Lessons Learned with partners
• Collaborate with the Strategic Partner Management team and other key stakeholders to help coordinate ECS partner related activities

WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI and Copilot.
• Knowledge of cloud technology
• Strong communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, Self-Driven, Flexible and able to work with a global team
• Analytical

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior student in business and technology from accredited university in the last year of studies.
• Fluency in English language is mandatory; any other additional language is an asset.
