What you'll do
- Document design, layout and management.
- Support the proposal management process, including checking the quality of deliverables and carefully reviewing and editing documents.
- Participate in regular bid cadence and review meetings.
- Use appropriate templates to prepare documents compliant with customer requirements.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve proposal quality, content creation, document reviews, and bid management efficiency.
- Help craft SAP proposal responses using AI-assisted writing tools while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with SAP messaging.
- Arrange content logically for ease of comprehension.
- Develop messages and rewrite text for better understanding.
- Conduct quality reviews, including content, spelling, grammar, formatting, customer focus, and proposal best practice checks.
- Support the development of customer collateral deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of activities related to the proposal process.
- Actively search and support knowledge repositories through contributions when necessary.
- Help connect customers based on needs and interests.
- Actively seek ways to improve offerings for customers internally and externally and proactively suggest them.

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior business writing skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
- Creativity and fresh perspectives.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models ( ChatGPT).
- Interest in applying AI to proposal development, document quality, and business processes.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is an advantage.
- Exposure to business writing, or content management is an added advantage.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled full-time in a tertiary institution or postgraduate degree.
- Must not have ongoing full-time work experience.
- Available for a minimum internship of 6 months.
- Able to commit to at least 4 days per week (5 days preferred).
- Must be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand
Where You Belong
The intern will join the APAC RFx Proposal Advisory (RPA) team, working with sales teams and proposal managers to produce high-quality proposals, bid responses, and customer deliverables. The role offers exposure to proposal strategy, AI-enabled bid management, quality assurance, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the APAC region.
