Role Overview

As a Digital Solution Advisor Specialist for SAP SuccessFactors, you are a customer-facing HCM solution expert who plays a critical role in driving pipeline, supporting deals, and accelerating cloud adoption across the SAP Human Capital Management portfolio.

You translate customer HR and people strategy challenges into compelling, value-based solution narratives, partnering closely with Sales, VAT, and Customer Success teams. Your focus is on executive-level storytelling, solution discovery, and digital engagement, helping customers modernize HR processes and deliver exceptional employee experiences with SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deal & Presales Support

  • Lead and deliver high-impact digital and virtual solution engagements for SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR, Talent, Employee Experience, Workforce Analytics, etc.)
  • Execute and tailor executive-level presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs aligned to customer business priorities
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer HR challenges, transformation goals, and SuccessFactors fit
  • Partner with Sales and VAT teams to develop value-based narratives, customer roadmaps, and cloud transition strategies
  • Support RFx responses, proposals, and competitive positioning for HCM opportunities
  • Contribute to post-sale continuity by supporting smooth handovers and customer success motions

2. Demand Generation & Market Development

  • Support digital demand generation initiatives focused on HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Collaborate with Marketing and DG teams to refine targeted, persona-driven content for HR decision-makers
  • Participate in webinars, virtual events, and campaigns to increase pipeline and market awareness

3. Digital Content & Assets

  • Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors-specific digital assets, presentations, demos, and storytelling materials
  • Maintain and curate solution content libraries to enable scalable, low-touch customer engagements
  • Ensure content reflects latest product capabilities, customer success stories, and industry trends

4. Sales Enablement

  • Support sales enablement through training materials, solution guides, and best practices
  • Act as a trusted HCM solution advisor for sales teams, helping them navigate customer conversations with confidence
  • Share feedback from the field to continuously improve messaging and solution positioning

Experience & Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in presales, solution advisory, consulting, or customer-facing roles
    (or 4+ years in relevant HR technology / SaaS environments)
  • Solid understanding of HCM processes (Core HR, Talent, Performance, Learning, Employee Experience)
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable delivering virtual and digital engagements using modern collaboration tools

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Exposure to HR digital transformation programs
  • Understanding of people analytics, workforce planning, or employee experience trends
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
  • Additional European languages are a plus
