What you'll bring

You are a recent graduate in data engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. You bring Python or SQL experience, whether from industry, coursework, or personal projects. You hold a grounding in artificial intelligence and machine learning, even at a foundational level. Your experience with data visualization tools or business intelligence platforms strengthens your application. You communicate clearly in English and bring cultural awareness to cross-functional collaboration. You work well autonomously and thrive on open-ended problems that require creative thinking.

What you'll build

Your focus is SAP's Business AI Platform. You will build demo tools, data pipelines, automation scripts, and generative AI assistants. You will integrate AI-powered capabilities into demos, enabling advisors to showcase the full portfolio. You will also create analytical models that track team performance and customer engagement patterns. You will prepare proof-of-concept documents and executive briefing materials for customer events. You also help turn complex technical scenarios into clear visual narratives for business audiences. Your outputs equip business leaders across Latin America to evaluate SAP solutions with confidence.

SAP Digital Hub delivers personalized, large-scale customer experiences across Latin America. The team sits at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and business transformation. You join experienced Solution Advisors in SAP's most forward-looking team in the region. The team empowers you to build, experiment, and own real work from your first week. SAP created Next Gen roles specifically for recent graduates who want careers with purpose. This 6-month to 2-year position builds a genuine foundation in enterprise technology and customer engagement.

Skills used in this role: Client needs assessment, storytelling, AI journey mapping, AI value selling, data-driven stakeholder engagement, context engineering, AI output quality assurance, agentic AI day-to-day practice, AI-assisted automation and prototyping, AI adoption capability.
