Role description

The Digital Demand Process Lead owns and evolves the data, tools, vendors and process landscape for demand management & generation in EMEA. The role combines analytics, consulting and project management to ensure that tools and processes are effectively adopted, optimized, and aligned across market units while supporting regional standardization.

Acting as an expert user and advisor, the process lead works closely with stakeholders across regions to understand business needs, diagnose challenges in tool usage and processes and recommend data-driven improvements. The role involves evaluating and piloting new vendors, optimizing existing tool performance and managing the vendor portfolio based on usage, impact and cost efficiency.

A key objective is to balance regional harmonization with local market needs, ensuring consistent standards while enabling flexibility where required. The role requires strong stakeholder management, as it operates in a highly visible environment with exposure to multiple teams, including demand management, sales development, vendors and regional/global counterparts.

Expectations & Responsibilities

In collaboration and alignment with the other team members, expectations and responsibilities will include to a varying degree:

  • Own and evolve the EMEA tools, vendors, and process landscape for demand management & generation, ensuring alignment with regional strategy while accommodating local market needs
  • Act as an expert user and consultant for core tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, Lead Genius, Modelyzr, D&B Hoovers, Outreach), advising market units on best practices, use cases, and optimization opportunities
  • Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing tool usage, adoption, and effectiveness to support optimization, vendor selection, and budget allocation
  • Lead vendor management and optimization, including:
    • Running pilots and testing new tools/vendors in collaboration with stakeholders
    • Evaluating vendor performance and scalability at a regional level
  • Drive regional standardization efforts by aligning tools, processes, and ways of working across market units, while maintaining necessary flexibility for local requirements
  • Manage and deliver cross-functional projects related to tools, data, and processes (e.g. tool rollouts, process changes, optimization initiatives), ensuring successful implementation and adoption
  • Act as a key interface between stakeholders, including Demand & Sales teams (DCMs, SD Managers, DDAs), vendors, global/regional DIT teams, and controlling/program management functions
  • Support and influence process design and evolution, including identifying impacts of new initiatives or systems (e.g. changes in data flows, upload processes, or tool integrations) and coordinating communication and implementation
  • Provide input to budgeting and planning processes by assessing tool usage, forecasting needs, and contributing to investment decisions in collaboration with controlling and program management teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the demand generation ecosystem, combining analytical insights with business context to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness

Preferred experience, skills and behaviour

  • Based in Barcelona, Spain (mandatory). Only candidates already located in Spain will be considered.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), any other EMEA language is a plus
  • University degree in Business Administration, IT, Digital Transformation or similar disciplines
  • 1-2 years professional experience in B2B demand generation, sales, and/or sales operations
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and engagement tools (e.g. Modelyzr, Crystal Record, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Outreach) and understanding of end users’ needs & challenges
  • Experience in tools & market analysis, driving enablement & adoption programs and/or project management
  • Interest in data, tools, and new technologies
  • Growth mindset: drive to learn and excel, curiosity, agility, execution driven, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Business acumen: networker, customer focus, excellent communicator with the ability to listen, identify and prioritize stakeholders’ needs
