Summary:

Our team is responsible for the IT delivery model, which includes the delivery workflow. Help us shape the future of delivery by architecting, designing, and governing workflows enabled by agentic AI as part of IT solution delivery.

The Role:

As an AI Development Architect in our team, you architect the Agentic Mesh that integrates AI agents into our software-delivery workflow — a multi-level Jira-based workflow hierarchy that coordinates work across our workforce.

You will:

• Architect the Agentic Mesh: define the topology, interaction contracts, and guardrails for AI agents operating across the workflow
• Define architecture guidelines for the Agentic Mesh, so it improves throughput and quality in the IT delivery workflow
• Shape and govern the data products and MCP servers that give agents the context they need — foremost from Jira but also from other systems — to improve flow across the workflow hierarchy and reduce rework
• Lead the design and implementation of agents that augment the upstream workflow (Ideation, qualification, and planning stages); set guardrails for downstream agents (Coding, QA, deployment, and release stages) to integrate cleanly into the Mesh
• Guide engineering teams and architects on building, integrating, and operating agents responsibly
• Represent the team in architecture and governance forums and evolve the Agentic Mesh with stakeholders across the organization

Role Requirements:

• Must have: University graduate in software engineering or computer science.
• Must have: Proven track record building AI or automation systems in enterprise contexts — prior experience in software system development is expected
• Must have: Years of experience as a software architect, designing distributed, mesh-style architectures and integrating systems via REST APIs
• Good knowledge of Agentic AI: LLM-based agents, tool use, MCP (Model Context Protocol), orchestration, guardrails
• Experience in data modelling and designing data flows
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in fluent English
• Nice to have: Atlassian Jira configuration experience and familiarity with Lean-Agile methods are a plus
