What you'll build:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ABAP Developer with also experience with S/4HANA development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP and Webdynpro, plus experience with API integration and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the S/4HANA landscape, integrating with BTP services, and enabling seamless API-driven communication across systems.

  • Develop and enhance custom applications within the S/4HANA.
  • Design and implement ABAP-based solutions including reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces.
  • Integrate S/4HANA with SAP BTP services and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of developed applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

What you bring:

  • University degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent area
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA development, good to have if it is focused on EPPM (SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management).
  • Knowledge in ABAP, including OOP, CDS Views, BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancements.
  • Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and its integration with S/4HANA.
  • Hands-on experience in API development and integration (REST, OData, SOAP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Added advantage if you have
    • Understanding of project systems (PS) and/or portfolio management processes.
    • Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5
    • SAP certification in S/4HANA or BTP.
    • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in SAP environments.
