What you’ll do:

• Direct administrative and management support to the Head of Analytics and AI, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence with key stakeholders.

• Liase between the leadership team and other parties, event management, coordination with vendors, team onboarding, and general team support.

• Support procurement, billing, managing purchase orders, and create third party RFPs.

• Work closely with the chief of staff, collaborate across roles, functions and teams including management office counterparts in other countries and customers/partners when needed.

• Maintain top-level process knowledge and distribution lists, prepare org charts, meeting minutes, presentation materials, media, documentation, and conference/meeting coordination.

• Support small to medium project activities and strategic initiatives.

What you bring:

• 2-5+ years relevant experience as a team or executive assistant

• Professional experience in fast-paced IT environment is a plus

• Knowledge of SAP Systems (such as Ariba, Fieldglass) is a plus

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools with strong multimedia skills (presentation, video, written)

• Excellent communication skills on all management levels

• Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, build and leverage relationships in global teams

• Pro-active, motivated, aware, results-oriented, self-starting individual, who actively looks for ways to contribute.

• University degree in a related field
