Deine Rolle:

Das werden deine Aufgaben sein:

• Anwendungssupport und Betrieb: Du verwaltest unsere Anwendungslandschaft in einer hybriden Umgebung (On-Premise als auch Microsoft Azure Cloud)
• Schnittstellen- und Anforderungsmanagement: Du arbeitest bei der Entwicklung technischer Lösungen eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen
• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung: Du treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anwendungslandschaft voran, unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und bei der Optimierung bestehender Applikationen
• Systemadministration: Du unterstützt bei der Administration der zugrunde liegenden Infrastruktur (z. B. Windows Server, Azure Dienste), inklusive Benutzer und Berechtigungsverwaltung in Active Directory bzw. Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
• Automatisierung und Tooling: Optimiere unsere Prozesse und nutze die zur Verfügung gestellten Tools dabei
• Dokumentation und Wissensaufbau: Du dokumentierst Anwendungsprozesse, Systemkonfigurationen und Supportlösungen sorgfältig und pflegst Wissensartikel für IT Kollegen und gegebenenfalls Key User

Das solltest du mitbringen:

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Anwendungssupport, Applikationsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im IT Umfeld, idealerweise in einem Enterprise oder Softwareunternehmen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen Betreuung von Anwendungen in hybriden Umgebungen primär in der Microsoft Umgebung
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Server Umgebungen, einschließlich Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs), sowie grundlegende Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure, insbesondere Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) und Cloud Anwendungen
• Sicherer Umgang mit PowerShell zur Automatisierung administrativer Aufgaben und zur Fehleranalyse
• Praktische Erfahrung mit ITSM-Tools, Ticketsystemen wie Jira (Incident, Service Request, Asset Management) und Supportprozessen (z.B. nach ITIL), inklusive strukturierter Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportfällen
• Grundwissen in Prozess- und Projektmanagement vom Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Service und Kundenorientierung, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Kommunikationssicher in Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich
• M365-Expertise: Du verfügst über gutes Know-how der M365-Plattform und kennst die verschiedenen Services und Funktionen bestens
