What you'll build

• Lead SAP Business Network implementation engagements, ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and customer objectives.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, including stakeholder alignment, decision forums, escalation paths, risk tracking, and executive-level communication.
• Provide strategic guidance on how SAP Business Network capabilities fit within the customer’s business processes, ERP landscape, integration architecture, and operating model.
• Coordinate SAP delivery resources, including product experts, buyer integrators, supplier enablement teams, technical specialists, and project management resources, to support successful execution.
• Anticipate, surface, and help resolve delivery risks, project roadblocks, scope questions, and cross-team dependencies before they impact customer outcomes.
• Guide customers through SAP delivery methodology, quality gates, readiness checkpoints, cutover preparation, and go-live decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, project leaders, business stakeholders, system integrators, and internal SAP teams.
• Apply strong knowledge of SAP Business Network, SAP ERP integration, and supply chain collaboration processes to support solution adoption and scope control.
• Communicate clearly and proactively, translating complex delivery topics into actionable recommendations for customer and SAP stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery assets, methods, and leading practices across the SAP Business Network Services organization.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience implementing SAP ERP and/or SAP supply chain processes, such as procurement, materials management, planning, manufacturing, quality management, warehouse management, or transportation management.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer delivery, or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business Network, supply chain collaboration, supplier collaboration, or related cloud network solutions.
• Ability to lead customer discussions, manage escalations, influence decisions, and align business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; ability to travel as required.
• Experience in leveraging AI based tools, applied to real uses cases
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, supply chain, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.

The role ensures projects are delivered with clear governance, strong customer alignment, high-quality execution, and measurable business outcomes.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the Delivery Executive brings together solution expertise, delivery discipline, and stakeholder leadership to help customers adopt SAP Business Network capabilities and realize value across their supply chain collaboration processes.

The Delivery Executive works across the full implementation lifecycle, from early scoping and project initiation through governance, risk management, quality assurance, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. The role coordinates closely with customers, partners, SAP consultants, account team, product experts, supplier enablement teams, and other delivery stakeholders.
