PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Delivery Executive (DE) provides effective services delivery program oversight on the multi-year Lockheed Martin (LM) Strategic account. In this billable role, the DE works closely with the customer, the Customer Engagement Partner, and other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions for the LM 1LMX Modernization Program and is a significant contributor to the overall success of the customer relationship. The DE is responsible for ensuring that effective Program Governance using a Program/Project paradigm is established and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post- go-live for the program and all chartered projects. In addition to delivery support, the DE is responsible for positioning additional SAP Services in support of the success of the customer, coordinating with the SAP NS2 Cloud Delivery Team, and coordinating with other SAP team that significantly influence the service teams’ ability to deliver modernized solutions to LM as outlined in the SAP multi-year services contract. The DE will be required to provide oversight for DEs and/or PMs, and others on the LM account in services leadership/team lead roles.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Builds credibility / trust with LM leadership through successful delivery of projects within the 1LMX program, continually reinforce the value of SAP solutions and services by establishing proactive relationships that provide the foundation for open/honest working relationships and for the future.
- During implementations, manage overall services relationship between customer, partner and SAP to ensure that projects / programs are delivered on time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction through billable consulting.
- Responsible for analyzing and executing on strategic projects, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicating project goals at a strategic level
- Provides guidance to the SAP project team including resource strategy, issues and escalation management, project execution and general information.
- Work with CEP when new Service Sales opportunities are identified to expand business and continually inform Management of opportunity status and revenue KPIs
- Provide talent and workforce management by following a strong career framework which includes skills enhancement and career development planning.
- Business development - actively identifies and develops business opportunities; creates long term value plans with customer to achieve customer business objectives and expanding SAP services on the account.
- Assists the SAP license sales team in the closing of any software deals by providing oversight to the implementation planning & estimating and coordinating multiple SAP LOBs and partners as required.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 10-15 years SAP services sales and services delivery experience including services management experience.
- Major Systems Integrator experience and history of leading 100+ person teams on contracts that exceed $50-100M in total value is desired.
- SAP implementation leadership experience required - experience with S/4, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and BTP (and some combination of those) is highly desired.
- Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred but not required if the candidate has programs in other industries of this scale.
- PMP certification highly desired (and willingness to obtain if not currently held).
- Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level.
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations.
- Demonstrated leadership by example style in managing teams and clients.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is $243,300 - $571,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
