The Role:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on IAM & Zero Trust Cybersecurity Architect to join our SGSC IAM & ZeroTrust team. This is your opportunity to shape enterprise-wide identity architectures that embrace modern security principles and accelerate our journey toward Zero Trust. If you're passionate about building secure-by-design identity ecosystems that support hybrid and cloud environments, this role offers the perfect platform to make a broad impact. You'll work alongside seasoned security professionals and contribute to projects that protect thousands of users globally. Unlike similar roles, this position gives you deep ownership across architecture, implementation, and stakeholder alignment.

What You'll Do:

As an IAM & Zero Trust Cybersecurity Architect in our team, you will

  • define and drive our IAM & Zero Trust architecture strategy
  • aligning closely with enterprise security goals and identity transformation initiatives
  • design scalable, resilient identity solutions and work cross-functionally with engineering, infrastructure, security operations, and business units.

This role will focus on integrating identity systems, enforcing least privilege access, and aligning directory services, authentication, authorization, and access policies with Zero Trust principles. You will serve as a subject matter expert and lead the development of reference architectures, guiding implementation across cloud and on-prem environments.

What You Bring:

You’re a strong communicator and problem solver who can balance strategic planning with hands-on technical depth. You thrive in complex environments and know how to translate security vision into implementable architecture.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in cybersecurity with deep expertise in IAM, SSO, Entra ID, and Active Directory
  • strong knowledge of Zero Trust, CASB, MDM, and modern authentication methods
  • experienced in PAM, PAWs, and Just-In-Time access implementations
  • led enterprise security architecture and strategic cybersecurity initiatives
  • conducted red team exercises, pen testing, and vulnerability assessments
  • advised CISOs and partnered with cross-functional security teams
  • proven leadership in managing global, multi-stakeholder projects

You'll join a collaborative IAM & Zero Trust team embedded in our organization’s central security team. We work across the organization to secure access, modernize identity systems, and drive adoption of Zero Trust frameworks at scale.
