Obective & Purpose

SAP Concur is looking for a Customer Success Partner to work with a base of commercial clients based in the Southeastern United States.

You are a customer success professional who consults with customers in order to uncover and help achieve their business goals. You cultivate C-level relationships and bring data driven insights to life. As a Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for developing high-trust relationships with your clients, measured through growth, attrition, retention, and relationship health. This is a strategic role working with our customers, SAP Concur’s internal teams and has central importance to our ongoing success as a company.

Experience & Role Requirements

  • Successful experience managing a portfolio of clients (approx. 40-60) with a high level of complexity, focus, and intensity.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally to establish productive internal partnerships with designated cross functional team members and being the leader of client strategy and success.
  • Proven program management expertise and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success navigating difficult customer situations and discussing sensitive issues with executives.
  • Expert governance and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert verbal/non-verbal communication, relationship building and executive presence skills.
  • Experience consulting on complex global transformation programs and applying risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and performance analysis tools.
  • Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiencies
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Experience driving customer value realization, renewals, and expansions.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, as needed.

  • You are a self-starter, with energy, drive and a critical thinking skillset able to make independent decisions while managing competing customer priorities and internal deliverables.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship building skills
  • Relationship-driven mindset with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or license-based solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5 - 10 years of Customer Success, Account Management or Sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value-based engagement
  • Sees conflict as opportunity to assess situations and find common ground quickly

Location

  • Southern U.S. (near a SAP office; hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week)

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 121,000 - 261,800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
