Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

As SAP continues its transformation into a cloud-first company, customer success has become one of the most important drivers of sustainable growth. In this role, you will help shape how SAP scales customer value through its partner ecosystem.

You will work closely with SAP partners to strengthen their customer success capabilities and ensure customers achieve real business outcomes from SAP solutions. Your work will directly impact how organizations adopt, use, and realize value from SAP technologies.

By enabling partners to deliver consistent and high-quality customer success practices, you will contribute to stronger adoption, higher customer satisfaction, and long-term customer relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Enable partners to build and scale customer success capabilities aligned with SAP’s cloud strategy
  • Support partners in driving customer adoption, solution consumption, and renewals
  • Guide partners in delivering value across the customer lifecycle and value realization journey
  • Collaborate with SAP internal teams across partner management, sales, and customer success
  • Use business insights and adoption indicators to identify opportunities and risks
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen SAP’s partner ecosystem as a key driver of customer success
  • While the role primarily supports the Italian Market Unit, you will be part of a regional EMEA team, collaborating across markets and contributing to broader partner ecosystem initiatives.

What you bring

You are passionate about helping customers succeed and understand how strong partner ecosystems can scale customer value. You combine business understanding, collaboration skills, and analytical thinking to turn insights into meaningful actions.

  • + 8 years of experience working in the SAP ecosystem or a similar enterprise software partner model
  • Understanding of partner-led business models and partner ecosystem organizations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to discuss customer value, transformation, and outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business indicators and customer signals
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to influence and guide partners
  • Proficiency in English and Italian to effectively engage with our global and local network

Nice to have:

  • Technical knowledge or exposure to one or more SAP solutions
  • Experience working in international or regional environments

Where you belong

You will join a regional team dedicated to helping partners deliver exceptional customer outcomes across the SAP ecosystem.

Our team operates at the intersection of customer success, partner strategy, and business transformation, working with colleagues and partners across multiple countries. Collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement are at the heart of how we work.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in the SAP ecosystem, contribute to regional initiatives, and help shape how partners drive customer success in a cloud-first world.
