What you'll do

As an experienced keynote lead, you will shape and elevate the keynote presence of our CTO and Chief AI Officer across major internal and external events.

This is a high-visibility, strategic role responsible for driving world-class storytelling that builds lasting awareness, credibility, and excitement around AI across executive, business, and technical audiences.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, executive presence, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling, accessible narratives. This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership, various disciplines, and teams across Board areas and needs you to navigate complex organizational dynamics with confidence and discretion.

This position directly shapes how SAP presents the AI vision to the world. You will play a critical role in influencing perception, building credibility, and driving excitement around AI at the highest levels — internally and externally.

Your main tasks include:

· Lead the end-to-end keynote creation process for major intern and marketing events.

· Partner directly with the CTO and the Chief AI Officer to define messaging objectives, narrative arcs, and audience impact.

· Craft high-impact keynote scripts, presentations, and supporting materials.

· Drive a consistent and differentiated AI narrative across flagship events that goes beyond information delivery, creating emotional engagement and strategic positioning.

· Create and edit content for various channels and target groups (keynotes, social media, articles, blogs, videos).

· Lead without authority and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to inform content strategies and initiatives.

· Drive industry trends and best practices in Business AI, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the team.

What you bring

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Social Studies, language studies, Business Administration or a related field.

· 8+ years of relevant experience in executive communications, strategic storytelling, speechwriting for senior leaders, product management, or developer advocacy

· Proven experience supporting C-Level executives

· Exceptional storytelling ability with strong strategic thinking.

· Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills with extreme attention to detail.

· Ability to synthesize large amounts of technical input into structured, audience-specific messaging.

· Strong executive presence and confidence in advising senior leadership.

· Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

· High political awareness and ability to operate effectively in complex environments.

· Structured, reliable, and capable of driving projects independently.

· Fluent in English and German

The AI Advocacy team is an integral part of the AI Marketing unit and crafts superior-quality content that tells the SAP Business AI story, showcases innovation, empowers employees, and ultimately fuels product adoption. We ensure everybody has the skills they need in the era of AI and we develop inspiring and scalable demo material to excite stakeholders through product truth and foster understanding about SAP Business AI.
