What you’ll build

In this role as an S/4HANA Cloud Senior Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted partner to customers on their journey to the cloud with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud—from scoping and implementation through adoption and value realization. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving successful outcomes, helping customers embrace best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions.

You’ll bring deep functional expertise in at least one SAP process area (Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Order to Cash), while staying comfortable working across the broader ERP landscape. You’ll lead within your process area on strategic implementations and contribute to large-scale cloud projects.

Your work will directly impact customer success and satisfaction by applying a value-based “fit-to-standard” approach, supporting adoption, and ensuring smooth delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.

You’ll also:

• Serve as a trusted advisor on the public cloud journey
• Translate S/4HANA Cloud capabilities into business value
• Lead within a functional workstream on implementation projects
• Mentor and coach less experienced consultants
• Apply proven methodologies, tools, and agile practices
• Deliver services in a fast-changing environment
• Support continuous improvement of delivery

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 118900 - 202000(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
